Discounts:
Care Free offers a 10% discount to all customers who pre-pay for six months in advance.
Payment Options:
We gladly accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, and MasterCard payments. For the ease of all customers, automatic monthly bank debits and credit card charges can be arranged at no extra charge. Monthly billing arrangements can be made for a nominal fee.
Lease Information:
A 1/2's month of rent is charged as a security deposit. This is fully refundable at the time of move-out so long as the rental account is clear and the self-storage unit is returned in the same condition it was when it was rented to the customer.
All leases are on a month-by month basis. A 15-day notice is required to move-out prior to the end of a rental period.
